How to accept your offer

Early application, acceptance and payment will secure a place in your course and allow sufficient time to obtain a student visa. Once you have received your Letter of Offer, there are only three steps you need to follow to accept your place to study at NIC.

Step 1: Meet the conditions of your offer

There are two types of offers: conditional or unconditional offer. If you received an unconditional offer, you are ready to accept and can proceed to step 2. If you received a conditional offer, you must first meet the conditions outlined in your Letter of Offer before accepting. NIC will then issue you a new unconditional Letter of Offer which you can accept. Payment will not be receipted by NIC until all the conditions on the Letter of Offer have been met and accepted by the admissions department.

Step 2: Sign the acceptance form

Make sure all of your personal information is correct on your unconditional Letter of Offer and sign the acceptance form in Section 2. If you are under 18 at the time of application, you will need a parent or guardian to sign as well. This document will need to be scanned and emailed to us, either directly to admissions@nic.nsw.edu.au or through your agent.

Step 3: Pay your tuition fees as outlined in your Letter of Offer

Refer to Section 1 of your Letter of Offer for the amount of fees payable. Details on how to make your payment are outlined in Section 4 of your Letter of Offer. You can also click here for more detailed payment information.

If you have any other questions about accepting your offer, please don't hesitate to contact NIC.
