Welcome to the University of Newcastle

The University of Newcastle has recently commenced its association with Newcastle International College (NIC). The association is designed to offer eligible students an alternative and supportive pathway to university studies. Throughout its history the University of Newcastle’s undergraduate education has been characterised by academic integrity, excellence in teaching and research as well as internationalisation and flexibility.

Graduates of the University of Newcastle are expected to display imagination, intellectual discipline and adaptability. These aims are consistent with those of NIC. NIC is located on the Callaghan campus of the University of Newcastle and offers world class facilities. Students of NIC are encouraged to maximise their Australian learning experience by utilising the excellent campus facilities and services available to them as members of the university community.
