*Students enrolled in the TPP leading to Medicine must enrol over two semesters. Please refer to the Important Dates section for more details.

Important Information

Please note the following fee deadlines apply to all new and current students enrolling at NIC:

New Commencing Students
Enrolment Enrolment accepted with fees outstanding until the end of Week 2
Fees Owing Any outstanding fees owing may be payable by no later than the end of Week 2 of the first trimester/semester of study only
Late payment fee Any payments not made by the due date will incur a non-refundable late payment penalty of A$200 and will accrue a further penalty of $A50 per week or part thereof until the full amount owing has been paid.
Late Enrolment fee $200 to be charged for students not enrolled by 5pm on the Monday of Week 2, unless there are extenuating circumstances (eg visa delays). The waiver of the late enrolment fee is subject to approval by the College Director and Principal
Non-payment of owing fees Academic results will not be released if all outstanding fees are not paid

Continuing Students
Enrolment Deadline Returning students are required to enrol by 5pm on Day 1 of the trimester/semester
Fees Due Fees payable without penalty by the Wednesday before Week1 of the trimester/semester*
Non payment of fees Any payments not made by the due date) will incur a non-refundable late payment penalty of A$200 and will accrue a further penalty of $A50 per week or part thereof until the full amount owing has been paid. This charge is in addition to any late enrolment fees that may be incurred.
Academic results will not be released if fees are not paid
Late re-enrolment fee Any students not enrolled by 5pm on the Monday of Week 1 of the trimester/semester will be charged a non-refundable late enrolment penalty of $A200

* Students may request an Instalment plan, where a A$200 administration fee will be charged for an instalment plan for the trimester/semester. An agreement to the following conditions will apply:

  • 50% of the trimester/semester's fees are payable by the end of Week 2
  • The balance of fees owing will be required to be paid by the end of Week 8
  • Non-payment of instalments by the due date will incur a non-refundable late payment penalty of A$200 and will accrue a further penalty of $A50 per week or part thereof until the full amount owing has been paid. Students may be reported to the Australian Department of Immigration and Border Protection for non-payment of fees
  • Final academic results will not be released if there are any fees owing by the end of the trimester/semester.
